Sometimes you need to step away from your computer and you would like to de-activate your soft phone for that time to avoid missing calls.


You can de-activate your soft phone by right clicking on the green "online" logo on your soft phone and de-selecting the "Make Active" Option.


Please see the below screenshot for an illustration:


Step 1: Notice the "Online" logo in the bottom left hand corner of the soft phone.



Step 2: Right click on the green logo and un-tick the option "Make Active". You will now notice that the icon has turned grey. This means that you phone is now no longer available to take calls.



Step 3: To make your soft phone active again, simply repeat the above process but this time tick the option "Make Active" to restore your phone to take calls again.
