The attached guide will assist customer using the Teleforge Billing engine known as PortaOne. Customers will be able to download detailed call record billing, invoices etc. Customers using the IP Centrex PBX system will also be able to self manage their own PBX including ring groups, inbound numbers, extensions, voicemail and lot more.
